Hudson is a senior at UW-Madison's School of Business, double majoring in Finance and Entrepreneurship. With experience in investment banking at Bank of America and venture capital at Artisanal Ventures, he brings a sharp financial and strategic perspective to ModernWeb.

Hudson founded ModernWeb after seeing firsthand how outdated websites hurt his mom's law practice. Growing up in a family of attorneys, he understands what professional services firms need to build trust with clients online. When he's not building websites, you can find him on the rugby field or exploring Wisconsin's outdoors.

Jimmy is a senior at Brown University studying Computer Science with a focus on software engineering and AI. He's currently an Incoming Associate at EY-Parthenon in their Software Strategy Group, where he'll advise tech companies on strategic growth initiatives.

Previously, Jimmy worked at Dell Technologies as a Presales Solutions Architect Intern, helping enterprise clients deploy scalable AI infrastructure. He also served as Co-President of Brown Technology Consulting Group, leading pro-bono technology consulting for nonprofits and small businesses. Jimmy brings deep technical expertise and a passion for building clean, efficient code that just works.
